The JHL Atherstone Girth is a padded leather girth featuring an elastic insert.
With sturdy metal buckles in place, the JHL Atherstone Girth is mainly made up of a strong leather, used both for the main form of the piece, while also being utilised along the centre, the reinforcing strip also being made from this leather. As well as this, the JHL Atherstone Girth is fitted with elasticated sections at one end that allow for a little more give as the girth grips. This allows the girth to stretch slightly, preventing any discomfort as the girth tightens, also cutting down on any harm as your horse moves and breathes.
